I can’t believe it’s already June! Where did 2018 go???

Did you know that June is dairy month? Today I’m celebrating all the ways I love dairy.

What’s your favorite way to enjoy dairy? Milk, cheese, yogurt, sour cream, ice cream???

My favorite way to enjoy dairy is probably in a hot latte! I’m a coffee addict and find myself ordering a plain latte at least 3 times a week. Darn you, Dunkin Donuts for being right down the street!

I am also crushing on a new product called Quark. Have you had it? I once heard it described as a mix between cottage cheese and yogurt. Unfortunately, it’s not available where I live but I hope someday soon it will be!!

Another one of my favorite ways to enjoy dairy is Greek yogurt. The recipe I’m sharing today uses only 4 ingredients!!! Greek yogurt, instant chocolate pudding mix, mini chocolate chips and fresh raspberries.


  • 1 (7 oz.) container 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 TB Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 2 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries


Mix together Greek yogurt and instant pudding mix until well combined. Divide into two portions. Top each serving with 1 tsp mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup fresh raspberries.
