Tomato, Feta & Olive Martini Salad
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 juice of a lemon
1 Clove Garlic (finely diced)
1 TB Cilantro (chopped)
1/8 tsp salt
Olives (3 with each glass)

Combine all ingredients and serve.

Cranberry Pinwheels
8 oz cream cheese , softened
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chives (chopped)
1 cup dried cranberries
3-4 Spinach flavored Tortillas

Place cream cheese in a small bowl and beat until fluffy.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the 4 tortillas. Roll each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into slices and serve.

Gingerbread Madness Dip
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
⅔ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Combine all ingredients and serve with fruit or graham crackers.
