3 Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black soy beans- no salt added
- 1 can (16 oz) reduced sodium Garbanzo beans
- 1 16 oz bag Edamame (shelled)
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
