Give the gift of peanuts this Holiday season and give the gift of good nutrition!  Happy Foodie Friday, Friends! Today I’ve partnered with The Peanut Institute to talk about how you can enjoy peanuts throughout the Holidays. With the Holidays right around the corner, I wanted to share some different ways you can prepare peanuts for your friends and family.

I’ve barely had time to shop for gifts, so I’m taking care of my Christmas gifts by preparing and packaging these goodies for friends and family. I think these would also make great gifts for teachers, hair dressers, babysitters or if you’re headed to a Holiday party, this would be a great gift for the party host!

Giving the gift of peanuts also provides a great source of nutrition. Here’s why:

  1. Peanuts are a superfood! 1 ounce of peanuts provides 7 grams of plant-based protein and heart healthy nutrients that can keep you healthy under pressure this Holiday season.
  2. Peanuts are affordable and portable. I love peanuts because they make giving the gift of nutrition more affordable and portable.
