Chocolate Brownies with Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup AP Flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate collagen protein powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, protein powder, sugar, salt, baking powder and espresso powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs, butter, oil and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread throughout the pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
