Edamame Hummus and Radishes
Ingredients
- 2 cups shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together, serve on sliced bread and top with sliced radishes or tomatoes.
- Recipe yields about 2 cups
