Edamame Hummus and Radishes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together, serve on sliced bread and top with sliced radishes or tomatoes.
  2. Recipe yields about 2 cups
