  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TB dried or fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a mason jar.
  2. Once you've secured the lid, give it a good shake to stir up the ingredients.
  3. Stick in the refrigerator and enjoy the next morning.
