- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 TB dried or fresh fruit
- Combine all ingredients together in a mason jar.
- Once you've secured the lid, give it a good shake to stir up the ingredients.
- Stick in the refrigerator and enjoy the next morning.
