Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced & quartered
- 2 cups red cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 cups yellow grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 can black low sodium olives, drained
- 2 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
