- 1-1.25 pounds chicken breast tenders
- 1 TB canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Juice of 1 lime
- Using a sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hour before cooking.
- After preheating your grill, place chicken on grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Remove and let cool before assembling taco cups.
