Ingredients

  • 1-1.25 pounds chicken breast tenders
  • 1 TB canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Using a sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hour before cooking.
  2. After preheating your grill, place chicken on grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  3. Remove and let cool before assembling taco cups.
