Hawaiian BBQ Lavosh with Ham
Ingredients
- 1 Lavosh cracker crust (comes in packs of 3, available in the deli section)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or provolone mix
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits or freshly cut pineapple
- 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Start by covering the lavosh bread with a layer of BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and then layer with red peppers, ham, pineapple and red onion.
- Pro tip: My husband likes it when the onions are cooked and caramelized before placing on the lavosh. I admit, I think it’s pretty good too!!
- Bake on a pizza baking sheet for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is beginning to brown.
