Lemon Garlic Butter Pork

  • 1.5 lbs pork loin or pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 TB flour
  • 1 TB cajun seasoning
  • 1 TB canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 TB butter
  • 2 TB lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp garlic, finely minced
  • 2 TB parsley, chopped


  1. Combine flour and cajun seasoning and mix well. Coat pork with flour mixture in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Add oil to a saute pan and warm over medium heat.
  3. Once oil is glossy and the pan is hot, add pork and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until the color is golden brown.
  4. Add butter and allow to melt while continuing to stir. Add lemon juice and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and good for an additional minute.
  6. When meat is fully cooked, top with chopped parsley and serve immediately over rice or vegetables.
