Mango Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 TB honey
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground giner
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with fresh diced mango and mint if desired. Serve immediately.
