Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 TB Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2-3 TB water
  • pinch of salt (1/8 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Using a standing mixer, add peanut butter, vanilla and honey.
  2. Combine until smooth. Add oatmeal, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, water and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Form dough into 1″ balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
