No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 TB Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2-3 TB water
- pinch of salt (1/8 tsp)
Instructions
- Using a standing mixer, add peanut butter, vanilla and honey.
- Combine until smooth. Add oatmeal, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, water and salt. Mix until combined.
- Form dough into 1″ balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
