Panko Chicken Tenders With Cauliflower (Faux Blue Cheese) Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Package Chicken Tenders (Smart Chicken 1-1.25 pound package)
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 2 teaspoons Frank’s RedHot Original Hot Sauce
- 1/2-3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine Milk and Hot sauce and stir. Set aside
- Combine panko bread crumbs and black pepper. Set aside.
- Take each chicken tender and dunk in the milk/hot sauce mixture and then coat in the panko breadcrumbs mixture.
- Placed on greased cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
