Panko Chicken Tenders With Cauliflower (Faux Blue Cheese) Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Chicken Tenders (Smart Chicken 1-1.25 pound package)
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 2 teaspoons Frank’s RedHot Original Hot Sauce
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Milk and Hot sauce and stir. Set aside
  3. Combine panko bread crumbs and black pepper. Set aside.
  4. Take each chicken tender and dunk in the milk/hot sauce mixture and then coat in the panko breadcrumbs mixture.
  5. Placed on greased cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
