Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 8 oz light cream cheese or goat cheese
- 4 TB prepared pesto (I use the one from Trader Joes)
- 1 12 oz jar Fire Roasted Red Peppers from Trader Joes- diced
- In a small dish, start by spreading out the block of cream cheese. Then layer with pesto and topped with diced roasted red peppers. Microwave for 4 minutes or bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.
