  • 2 oz Goat Cheese (or 2 Trader Joes Goat Cheese medallions)
  • 1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup part skim sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos
  • 1 Tablespoon white onion, finely diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 10 slices Sarah Lee 100% Whole Wheat 45 calories/slice Bread

Instructions

  1. Combine goat cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, pimentos, onions, and spices. Serve as a dip or with whole wheat light bread.
