Whipped Feta Dip
- 6 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 cups Feta cheese crumbles
- 3 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 TB honey
- 1 TB sundried tomatoes, chopped
- pinch black pepper
- 1 - 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- In a food processor or blender, combine Greek yogurt, feta, olive oil and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
- Top with honey, sundried tomatoes, pinch of black pepper, and parlsey.
- Serve with pita bread or veggies of choice.
