White Bean & Basil Hummus, Big Omaha Inspired

Ingredients

  • 1 can reduced sodium white northern beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic olive oil (found at Trader Joes)
  • 1 Tablespoon packed basil leaves
  • 1 Medium Lemon (juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Remove beans from can and rinse well. Combine beans, tahini, garlic olive oil, basil leaves, lemon juice, and salt in a small food processor and blend well. Serve with fresh vegetables.
