Hi, friends!
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I had a great Thanksgiving this year. In fact, we had 17 people at my house for Thanksgiving including my sister and her family from California. She hasn’t been home for Thanksgiving since they moved to California 10 years ago, so it was great to have her family here for the holiday. We ate lots of food, played lots of games, and I even got lessons on snapchat from my 17 year old niece. We had a blast!
I was also asked by Midwest Dairy to share a few thoughts about how I cook with Dairy during the Holidays. I was thrilled to be able to advocate for dairy on behalf of Nebraska’s dairy farmers and share some new recipes from The Dairy Good Cookbook.
Special thanks to Midwest Dairy for providing the product for this segment.
Here is the clip!
But wait….there’s more!
If you are interested in the recipes I shared, you can find them in The Dairy Good Cookbook. The cookbook is a celebration of the nation’s nearly 47,000 dairy farm families and features recipes from dairy farmers.
And guess what?????
We are giving away a copy of The Dairy Good Cookbook!
If you would like to enter the giveaway, it’s super easy! All you need to do is comment below on this post (using your FB account) and share with us how you are planning to enjoy dairy during the Holidays.
