In order to help you make better choices and take control of your health this Holiday season, I wanted to empower you with a Stirlist of tips and tools to manage your health during the holidays. We’ve all felt like we needed New Year’s resolutions because of the damage we did throughout the holidays. During the holiday season, most of us suffer from what I call “Dietary Attention Deficit Disorder.” We tend to overeat and don’t pay attention to what we are eating, how much we are eating, or how much activity we are getting in throughout the day. I also stirred up some delicious recipes including a berry broccoli salad with fresh cranberries and maple roasted sweet potatoes.
