In honor of Spring break, here’s a delicious low-sugar smoothie recipe that will be great to enjoy throughout the spring and summer months. I’m a huge fan of smoothies but smoothies can often be high in sugar, which is something I’m trying to be more mindful of.
This recipe contains my favorite food (yes, you guessed it….peanut butter) along with chocolate and a kefir yogurt base. It’s really simple but it’s hydrating and a great source of protein. Enjoy!
