This recipe combines feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest topped with sun dried tomatoes and honey. I understand you might be skeptical of adding the honey on top, but trust me, it’s really good!!

Whipped Feta Dip

  • 3 steps


  • 6 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 cups Feta cheese crumbles
  • 3 TB extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1 TB sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons fresh parsley


  1. In a food processor or blender, combine Greek yogurt, feta, olive oil and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top with honey, sundried tomatoes, pinch of black pepper, and parlsey.
  3. Serve with pita bread or veggies of choice.
