Happy Foodie Friday, Friends! Today I’m sharing this recipe for a delicious and tasty peanut and gouda cracker! If you haven’t made crackers at home, you are in for a real treat. They are easy to make and make a great addition to any charcuterie board.
Bonus: You can prepare these ahead of time, store in the freezer, pull and bake when you need to entertain a group of friends!
You can serve with your favorite cheese or spreads, but I highly recommend my whipped feta dip topped with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, honey and chopped peanuts!
Plus these contain one of my favorite ingredients, peanuts! In fact, the inspiration for this recipe was due to a recent trip to Napa. I was enjoying a fruit & cheese plate and noticed the crackers needed just a little something extra. =) Peanuts are a great addition to crackers because of their flavor, protein and heart healthy fats!
